Ontario Rodeo Association
The Ontario Rodeo Association (O.R.A.) was formed in 1957 at the Bar 11 Ranch, just outside Dundas, Ontario. The main reason for forming the Association was to promote rodeo in Ontario and produce a standard set of rules to be followed by the rodeo cowboys and rodeo producers and also, a set of rules to protect the stock used in rodeos from inhumane treatment.
